Happiness Recipe In Manuela Timofte’s words:

“A personal recipe for happiness could be shown by each person through his life experiences. It doesn’t mean the recipe will work for others. We are all human, but we are different. Each of us is another facet of humanity, physically, mentally and spiritually. We are unique, and so is our recipe for happiness. It will be the expression of everyone’s uniqueness.

“There are many things that I call “ingredients” that we all know, and they make us happy. I chose five of them. If you desire to read the pages of this book, you will see that you also know those things and have them in your life. When you use or apply them in your life you are happy. By doing it all the time, you can live happily every day…”

A beautiful read to finding positivity in one’s life.

The book is divided in five parts,  each dealing with a different aspect regarding the Happiness Recipe, and each a part of everyone’s life, together forming a natural progression towards leading a happy life. These are: beginnings (as a way of celebrating them) including fear in its many forms and how fear can be overcome; personal dreams (and why it is paramount that we fulfill them), the perfect perfume (the main ingredients of a well-balanced life), laughter as a social connection and the best medicine, and love.
